The Heavy Crossbow is the second long-range weapon of the Knight and is unlocked by completing arcade mode. While the Heavy Crossbow is undeniably one of the strongest long-range weapons in the game it is also the slowest weapon in the game making it extremly easy for your opponet to either dodge or dash forward and land a full combo before you can even get a shot off.

The heavy crossbow had either a steel bow or a thick laminated wood bow. A crank-mechanism was required to cock these; still, what they lacked in rate of fire, they made up for in armor penetration.
